Connector’s Edge collects the information needed to run the service, including account details, profile fields, consent records, PINE answers, recommendations, connection-request activity, messages, and basic technical logs.
We use this information to operate the platform, personalize member experiences, support connection features, maintain safety, diagnose problems, and send service-related notices.
Connector’s Edge is a facilitated networking platform, not a private email service. Messages sent through the platform may be reviewed by authorized site administrators when needed to help facilitate connections, troubleshoot issues, support members, improve the matching and introduction process, enforce community standards, or protect the safety and integrity of the community.
Because messages may be reviewed for these purposes, members should not use Connector’s Edge messages for highly private, sensitive, confidential, legal, medical, financial, or otherwise protected conversations. For more private discussions, we encourage members to move to a secure communication platform of their choice.
We do not sell your private data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us host, secure, maintain, or support Connector’s Edge, or when required by law.
Your email address is not shown to other members unless a feature explicitly says otherwise and you have opted in where required. Profile visibility, discoverability, and messaging access are controlled by the product rules and your settings.
If you need help with a privacy question, data correction, or deletion request, contact the site operator. Some data may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, recordkeeping, connection history, dispute resolution, or abuse prevention.
