I'm a recovering academic and learning designer who helps businesses create courses like they give a shit about client outcomes. I have nearly 2 decades experience doing this work in higher ed (teaching teachers to teach adults online) and I bring the experience, research, and extensive knowledge to my clients to make it easy to create something you love and they get transformation from. I'm also a new experience junky, and I love traveling, reading, and the ocean.
Location Hampton roads VA
What I do
Teach business owners to teach. I help small and solo businesses create learning experiences that get results using learning science, instructional design, and adult learning theories.
Who I serve or enjoy meeting
I serve small business owners who give a sh*t about their clients success. I enjoy meeting adjacent service providers, too and am always down for a collab.
